About Gloria and Heart Tones™

Gloria Thomas-Anderson is the president and visionary of Heart Tones™, an inspirational ministry that provides personal development resources, workshops and encouragement gifts.

Writing from the heart has always been Gloria’s love and passion. In 1986, she created her first line of inspirational greeting cards. Drawing inspiration from visions of a musical note and a heart led her to the name, Heart Tones.

Heart Tones… tones of the heart, melodies of life expressed in words of inspiration and encouragement.

The first logo (below) was designed by a talented Dallas-based artist named Emmanuel Cooper. And, so began Heart Tones Inspirational Company.

Over the course of time, Heart Tones evolved into a company that offers personalized encouragement gifts for all occasions, books, and personal development workshops and services.

Now, for more than 20 years, Gloria has been captivating audiences as a poet, author and speaker. Her topics focus on real life issues, such as spirituality, finding purpose, self-awareness and the complexity of relationships. Gloria’s seminars and workshops motivate, inspire and generate a deeper yearning for living a purposeful life.

With a gentle spirit and a passionate power, Gloria boldly challenges others to part with the status quo and move beyond comfort zones. She is affectionately known as "The Inspirational Advisor" through her online column, "Inspiring Insights For Your Soul and Spirit", which can be found on this web site and others.
Sharing the message of hope, peace and purpose through her writings, work and life are still the pillars of Heart Tones that Gloria stands by.
Gloria Thomas Anderson is a certified Behavioral Consultant and holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Master's degree in Social Work.
